Home › Baht rate
The Thai baht (THB) is the currency of Thailand. Use the calculator to work out how much baht you will get for your rubles, dollars or USDT. Always check the exact figure with the exchanger, the rate changes every day.
You can adjust the rate to the current one if you know the exact figure:
| 1 ฿ (baht) | ≈ 2,53 ₽ |
| 1 $ (dollar) | ≈ 33,69 ฿ |
| 1 € (euro) | ≈ 37,77 ฿ |
| 1000 ฿ | ≈ 2 530 ₽ |
Indicative market rate, updated 06.10.2026. At exchangers it differs because of the markup.
We recommend a trusted licensed exchange chain with offices throughout Thailand: a good rate, a safe deal, Russian cards and SBP.
⚠️ Promised a "much better rate" in a random Telegram chat? It is almost always a scam. Exchange only at licensed exchangers.
The base price of the baht against the ruble and dollar on the exchange market. All exchangers work from it, adding their own margin.
The most expensive is at the airport, slightly better on the tourist streets, and closest to the market at the large licensed chains and online. But there is always a markup, especially on the ruble.
Dollars and USDT often give a better rate than rubles directly. SBP and transfers are more convenient than cash.
For large amounts the rate is usually nicer. It makes sense to agree on it and lock it in advance.
Roughly 1 ฿ costs about 2.43 ₽, that is, for 1,000 ฿ you will pay around 2,427 ₽. The figure fluctuates every day, so check it with the exchanger before exchanging.
Dollars and USDT often go at a better rate. But many licensed exchangers readily accept Russian cards and SBP. Compare both options for your amount.
At airport exchangers, where you lose up to 10-20 percent. Take a little cash for the first while, and change the main amount in the city.
The first thing a tourist should remember: the rate at an exchanger is almost never equal to the market rate. The exchanger adds its own margin, and its size depends heavily on the location. At the airport the markup is the fattest, because an arriving person has no choice. In resort areas the rate is a little better, but still above the city one. The most honest figures are given by the large chains in the city and by online exchange with delivery.
The second point concerns the currency. Rubles are accepted in Thailand, but their rate is usually worse than for dollars or USDT. Small amounts are easier to cover with a Russian bank card via SBP; many chains support this and pay out baht in cash or to a local account.
And most importantly: do not chase a rate from a random chat. On Telegram, offers to exchange far better than the market regularly pop up. Often there is a fraudster behind them. A license, an office, reviews and a rate locked in when you place the request protect you far better than an attractive figure from a stranger.
