At the large licensed chains in the city or online with delivery. At the airport the rate is the worst.
Euros are accepted in Thailand on a par with dollars, and the rate for them is usually one of the best. As with the dollar, bring large new banknotes and change them in the city, not at the airport, where the markup is the highest.
A licensed chain will accept cash euros or a cashless transfer and pay out baht in cash, by courier or to a Thai account. For a large amount it is better to agree on the rate in advance.
